You will be treated to tons of patterns from the "300 Patterns Bookshelf". Here we have installed a separate program that requires nothing additional from the end user. The Bookshelf is really the main part of Designer 1 sporting 4 books within. Each book has a thumbnail for each image and a Table of Contents in the front section. Each book additionally lists index pages and has unique linking features. Viewing is simple as a click of the mouse, while you watch the pages flip forward or backward. The first book is that of "Instruction" which can provide insight on how to navigate the pages. There is really allot of information to help and guide you on the unique features the program has to offer.

We have 4 fun projects, each with a detailed how to approach. Lots of pictures easy to follow text. All open in Adobe Acrobat Reader which makes printing parts or the entire document a breeze. You can easily navigate through the pages and pages of pictures and text to craft the projects at your own pace, and you won't even need to be online. There are several links within the Designer 1 program. At your leisure you can browse our site to review new postings such as help files and new patterns. You can link up to learn about other software offered by The Oak Tree Stained Glass. If you need Adobe Acrobat Reader, we have conveniently place a link on many of the screens.

Printing:

Designer 1 offers easy viewing combined with custom printing features. In the patterns section you can choose from The Instruction Manual or select one of three pattern books. It's like looking through your favorite photo album of nothing but pattern after pattern. You will be able to print form the application directly to your printer. Two of the books offer two patterns each, one in color and one in black and white to print.

One very helpfully feature in the printing option is the ability to rotate the image and fill to the page size within proportion. The images print slightly larger than normal due to an increased margin width.
