Choosing an item
Use the links to maneuver around the website until you find
the item you are looking to purchase. If there is a "quantity"
field (a field is a box where you can type) next to the
item, be sure to type in how many of it you would like.
Then click the Order button to add this item to your shopping
cart.
Choosing Size, Color, Style, etc.
Sometimes items, like clothing, have choices to specify
the exact item you want. Examples of this are sizes, colors,
and styles. There may be others, depending on the type of
item you are ordering. Before you click Order, select which
specifications you desire using the drop down menus for
each choice.

Changing your quantities
Once you have chosen your item(s), you are at the subtotal
page. You will see all the items you have chosen and the running
total charge. If you decide you want a different quantity
of an item that is already listed here, you can edit the number
by clicking in the field and replacing the current quantity
with your desired amount. You must click the Change Quantity
button after doing this to register the change.
Changing your shipping
You have the ability to change the method of shipping here
as well. The default is standard UPS ground service. If you
would like to upgrade to another method, you can change that
by utilizing the drop down menu. The additional charges will
be reflected on the total page.
Getting additional items (Continue Shopping)
If there is more shopping you want to do, click Continue Shopping.
That will bring you back to the store pages where you can
look around some more.
Canceling your order (Cancel Order)
If you decide you do not want to purchase anything, you may
click Cancel Order and this will remove your order from the
server.
Finishing up (Check Out Now)
When you are ready to check out, you should fill out the fields
for your name, address, etc. and then click the Check Out
Now button. If you don't fill out the required fields (with
a checkmark), you will receive an error message. Use your
back button and return and fill out the required fields.

Sales Tax
If your billing address resides in the same state as the site's
main office, you will be charged state sales tax. That number
is reflected here.
Shipping vs. Billing Address
You will notice that the address you entered before is listed
as both your shipping and billing address. If you would like
the items shipped to a different address, you can change that
information here by clicking in the fields and typing over
what's there. If you want some items shipped to one address
and some to another, you may either place two separate orders
or put your special instructions in the field provided.

Your credit card
Enter your credit card number here. Do not put dashes or spaces
between the numbers for your card. Enter the expiration date
here as well, choosing the month and year from the drop-down
menus. Also, select your type of card from the drop down menu.
Your receipt
Once your credit card payment is approved, you will see a
receipt screen with your order confirmation. You will also
receive this information over email. If for some reason you
need to cancel an order after payment has been registered,
please contact us and we will attempt to correct the problem.

What is Autocart?
Autocart is a cart-based system to order items off of a website.
The "cart" remembers the items you have chosen from
different sections of the website. This makes your online
shopping experience more like shopping in a store rather than
from a catalog, because you don't have to remember item numbers
and such.
Is this Secure?
The area where you enter your credit card information is on
a secure, encrypted server. This is the highest level of internet
security. The rest of the site is not on the secure server
however, as there is no reason for it to be. Only the sections
where your credit card information is transferred is secure.
When you leave this area, your web browser may give you a
warning message saying that you are no longer on a secure
server. This is a generic message and it is nothing to worry
about.
Error Messages
Your Shopping Cart is Empty
If you click Change Quantity with no number in the quantity
field on the subtotal page, you will get this error. Be sure
you enter a quantity. If you want to remove the item from
your order, put a zero in the field.
Missing Information
You haven't filled out the entire address section of the order
page. Please go back and make sure every field with a checkmark
next to it has something in it.
Shipping Unavailable
Shipping by certain methods to certain places may not be available.
Please go back and either change the shipping method or the
shipping address.
Credit Card Error
While processing your card there was an error. The specific
error will be listed. If it says Invalid Card Number, go back
and double check that you entered it correctly.
