About Our Supplies

From glass to grinders we have the supplies crafter's need and use to produce beautiful art glass creations. Our interests and background are drawn to helping and teaching new and seasoned crafter's through our software and the internet. We love hearing from fellow crafter's on all levels. We will try to get you the best prices and the most widely used tools in our industry. With internet shopping the door is open to very completive pricing, all of which is a good thing for the consumer. As Retail outfit we are extremely completive in our pricing structures, just do some homework on the net and see for yourself. What we have to offer crafter's is a good product and one that's in stock. When an order is placed it is filled that day, and depending on the time it may be shipped out that very same day as well.

Our UPS daily pickup service arrives around 4:00 PM EST. All orders are then sent out and are usually processed for departure that day or the following day by AM. These services are for the UPS Standard Ground Shipments. We also offer a 3-Day UPS Select, and a 2-Day Overnight through our automated ordering online.

In addition we will also ship at special request if your order is placed by phone, UPS Overnight, FedEx Express, and FedEx Express

USPS-Mail Parcel Post and USPS-Mail Priority

We will do our very best to obtain a quote on shipping costs at your request (Phone Only) prior to your placement of an order. We are here to help.

Packing: We take great pride in actually over packing our shipments so you the crafter get your order in top condition. THe glass is taped to cardboard and bubble wrapped, then placed in styrofoam peanuts for an extra cushioned ride. For most of our orders that total in excess of $100.00 we purchase insurance, something most companies make you pay for.
